Public policy and regulation are decisive factors in how the mobile industry grows, innovates, and delivers impact — from spectrum strategy and competition policy to privacy, security, and next‑generation networks. As the global voice of the mobile ecosystem, the GSMA plays a unique role in shaping evidence‑based policy and supporting operators in navigating complex regulatory environments.

This five‑module, bespoke accreditation experience has been customised for Zain to strengthen organisational capability in public policy and regulatory engagement. It equips participants with a practical understanding of global policy frameworks, GSMA insights and real‑world case studies, connecting regulatory knowledge directly to commercial outcomes, investment decisions, and long‑term growth opportunities.

  Participants complete expert‑designed modules on the GSMA Advance platform at their own pace.
• GSMA Expert Seminars
  Curated video seminars featuring GSMA policy leaders provide global context, practical insights and current examples.
• Applied Coursework
  Practical assignments focus on real‑world application, enabling learners to translate policy insight into tangible business value.
• Flexible Completion Window
  While structured as a five‑week experience, participants have up to three months to complete the programme and earn accreditation.
