Instructor Led

In this section, you can find more information on our instructor-led training opportunities. Instructor-led training is delivered either fully or partially live, with a subject matter expert leading and taking you through the course content. We currently have a small selection of pre-existing instructor-led training courses which are delivered online, and you can see more details for those courses further down this page.

We also offer custom training experiences to our members and the wider mobile and telecoms industry, as well as to other organisations within the connected ecosystem. This training is offered on an on-demand basis.

We work closely with Learning & Development and People teams within organisations, as well as with team leaders and heads of departments and functions, to create a training program that meets the specific needs of their teams, and their wider business goals. This training can be delivered either online, or in-person at a location of the client’s choice. Recent instructor led training which GSMA Advance has delivered includes AI for Executives in the Telco Industry, Inter-Operator Tariff (IOT) Discount Negotiation, and ESG for the Mobile Industry.

Organisations opting to undertake bespoke training through GSMA Advance also have the option to gain People Excellence Partner status.
