Billing and Charging Evolution – BCE
Course Overview
This one-day course provide attendees with a full overview of the development of roaming wholesale billing.
With the rise of roaming IoT devices and the advancement of 5G SA roaming, a new wholesale billing standard has been introduced: BCE. This training provides a solid foundation on BCE, helping participants assess whether to integrate it into their wholesale billing processes.

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the BCE Framework
- Apply BCE in Commercial Contexts – understand the various BCE IOT Wholesale Models
- Understand how to adapt the roaming contracts and the RAEX documents
- Understand the differences between the various BCE Reports (UDR, USR, BSR, DDR)
- Gain practical insight into the BCE testing process, required documents, toolkit usage, and how to handle rejects and disputes

Introduction to Roaming
Course Overview
This course gives an introduction to the International Roaming Industry. It describes the steps to establish a roaming relationship with a roaming partner, from signing the roaming agreement to the testing process and the Commercial Launch Letter (CLL). The second day we will discuss the commercials of roaming: the retail and wholesale concepts and how to negotiate good wholesale prices. Because most operators are currently establishing VoLTE Roaming relationships, we will discuss this launch process together with its challenges. Lastly, we will show the various roaming fraud options and ways to minimize chances on roaming fraud. A perfect all-round course for people who are new in the roaming business or want to re-fresh their knowledge.

VoLTE Roaming
Course Overview
This two-day course provide attendees with a full overview of the various aspects involved in launching a VoLTE Roaming relationship
Day one covers all aspects related to the Roaming Agreement, wholesale and retail charging and TAP. Also, the basic network architecture will be described. The second day covers the more technical aspects: SIP Signalling, IMS, the IREG Test Process and issues most often encountered.
