Introduction to Roaming
Course Overview
This course gives an introduction to the International Roaming Industry. It describes the steps to establish a roaming relationship with a roaming partner, from signing the roaming agreement to the testing process and the Commercial Launch Letter (CLL). The second day we will discuss the commercials of roaming: the retail and wholesale concepts and how to negotiate good wholesale prices. Because most operators are currently establishing VoLTE Roaming relationships, we will discuss this launch process together with its challenges. Lastly, we will show the various roaming fraud options and ways to minimize chances on roaming fraud. A perfect all-round course for people who are new in the roaming business or want to re-fresh their knowledge.
The course will be delivered over Microsoft Teams.
