The GSMA Advance online training platform allows students who choose the self-paced learning courses to study from anywhere in the world, anytime, at their own pace and from any laptop, tablet or mobile device with an internet connection. For those who select online live courses or physical courses it will allow access to course materials, your certificate of completion and key training information.

Self-paced and online learning: Courses vary in length from two to four weeks and require a commitment of two to three hours per week. To qualify for a course completion certificate, you must view all the course sessions and answer correctly all the quiz questions you will find as you progress through the sessions. You will also need to fill out the course survey. Suggestions on who the course would be relevant to will be listed within the course information.

Physical & Live learning: course criteria, dates, location and duration will be clearly listed within each course description.

Yes, on the successful completion of a self-paced, physical or online live course, you will receive a certificate and a sharable digital badge. To qualify for a course completion certificate, you must view all the course sessions and answer correctly all the quiz questions you will find as you progress through the sessions. You will also need to fill out the course survey.

Our courses are developed and delivered by GSMA experts or our GSMA Advance training partners. Training partners and/or training experts will be clearly listed within the course description and within the course materials. Our courses are all vetted and validated by GSMA.

Yes, there is a course fee payable to join our courses however discounts are available for GSMA Members and organisations purchasing a group or bundle of courses . The course fees will be clearly stated on the course enrollment sign-up page.

For physical or live courses, the start dates and duration of our courses are displayed on the course sign-up pages. Self-paced courses will start on enrollment with an estimated number of weeks to complete the course and we will send emails to remind you of the expected completion date. However you will retain access to the course for 12 months to revisit course materials and information.

The online training platform can be accessed from any computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection and the ability to view webpages and play video and audio files.
